Warranty Coverage

Every A2Z chair is protected with a 1-Year Limited Warranty, starting from your delivery date.

🔧 What’s Covered?

We’ve got you covered for key functional parts:

Gas Lift Malfunction (won’t rise/sink properly).

Tilt or Recline Mechanism Failure.

Cracked Wheel Base Frame.

Damaged or Broken Wheels (e.g., cracked wheels, broken shafts).

Each issue qualifies for a one-time free replacement per part, unless it’s proven to be a recurring manufacturing fault..

🚫 What’s Not Covered

Our warranty doesn't cover:

Wheels jammed due to hair, dust, or floor friction.

Breakage of armrest or backrest frame from regular use or pressure.

Loose or sagging material (PU/leather/fabric) reported after 7 days of delivery.

Flattened foam or softened seat over time.

Peeling leather, fabric discoloration from sweat/sun exposure.

Damage by pets, sharp objects, water, or fire.

Noise or squeaking from lack of maintenance (oil/lubrication).

Improper assembly by customer or third party.

Subjective feedback (e.g., “not comfortable”) without a technical defect.

Color deviations related claims like on-site page product color differs from real product. As studio lightings are used as a industry standard for optimum presentation of the products.
